Andreas is talking about his special way of learning his instruments

🪉 Andreas is talking about his special way of learning his instruments (and most other things in life) 🎶, about the intuitive creative process through improvisation  and why you should never ask a centipede how he is able to control his 1000 feet (he will fall on his face…). ✨

Andreas Vollenweider - Andreas reflects on the story behind the song “Calling these Hearts of Gold” from the album VOX

🎶 Andreas reflects on the story behind the song “Calling these Hearts of Gold” from the album VOX.

🎥 The video was created in 2020 during the COVID lockdown, when working together in the studio was not possible.

🏡 Andreas recorded harp, guitar, and bass flute in his own studio, while Walter Keiser recorded the drums at home.

Andreas then brought all the individual parts together, and the result feels remarkably natural and organic.

💛 Even during this difficult time, the two musicians did not allow the circumstances to stop them from creating music together.
